Tom Klueber, PE, LEED AP, holding a BSCE from Penn State University and an MBA from Villanova University, Tom joined Acier Holdings as President & CEO in 2016. Bringing 40 years of experience in all aspects planning, development, construction, and business management, Tom made it his priority to bring a high level of professionalism, team oriented process, and streamlined structure to Acier Holdings LLC. As part of his duties, he is also the Director of Project Development at Aciers’ sister company, Knight Construction Group.


Tom has accumulated a notable track record in successfully completing major projects, with a total construction value approaching $3 Billion. Tom’s portfolio of diverse projects includes: major infrastructure, ground up large project development, historic renovations, and renewable energy projects. His personal involvement in major projects include:

  • Princeton University’s Lakeside Graduate Student        Housing Complex - $110M (2014-2015)

  • Walt Whitman Bridge re-decking - $128M (2012-          2013)

  • The NY Jets Training Facility’s 3000 panel rooftop solar array - the largest solar photovoltaic installation at an NFL team headquarters, 750 KW (design/build & funded by a PPA) (2010)

  • Church & Dwight Arm & Hammer facility (design/build) 1.1M sf. LEED Silver warehouse/distribution/processing - $62M (2009)
